Dr. Orloff has worked for over thirty years in TK-12 education as a Teacher and Administrator. He was a High School and Middle School Mathematics & Science teacher as well as a 1^st and 6^th grade teacher.

As a principal he collaboratively transformed Washington Elementary into the highest performing school in the Lynwood Unified School District, reaching an API of 827. Washington Elementary was honored by the State of California with the 2013-2014 Title I Academic Achievement Award.

As the Director of Learning Support Services, Dr. Orloff used the current research on school reform in conjunction with effective instructional practices, and strategies that support the closing of the achievement gap. He used his incredible successful experience in coaching and guiding principals to bring about the academic achievement of students. Students in the Garvey School District were able to honor three Elementary schools as California Distinguished Schools 2018.

Dr. Orloff has supported site leaders in strategic planning, leadership development, program evaluation, cultural change and curriculum redesign. Today, Dr. Orloff, is using his expertise in guiding site leaders in attaining student success as measured by State and District assessment.
